High Tech Repair ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request a repair, sell a device, order a carrier unlock or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, device details (including IMEI) and service notes. For unlock orders we also record the date and IP address of your acceptance of the terms. We collect this only to provide and follow up on our services.

Unlock orders

To process an IMEI unlock we share the device IMEI with the carrier's official unlocking provider — the minimum needed to fulfill the order. We do not share your email, phone or name with them. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card details.

How we use it

To diagnose and repair your device, quote prices, send status updates (via WhatsApp/SMS/email), process payments and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Device data

We do not access personal data on your device beyond what is required to perform the repair. We recommend backing up and removing your passcode when possible.
